Well, I've been trying to figure out how to get back to a story I'm writing, though it's not the fanfic I have posted here. I'd post it, but I don't think this is the place for it. I'd probably still be trying to figure it out if I hadn't started trying to draw a few other characters that I've seen around. After a few sketchy peices, I finally tried drawing MY characters, and they turned out better than I thought they would have! And, I'm sure other deviants who have OCs will understand this, they seemed rather happy with me. They're now helping me iron out a few problems I've been having and continuing the story. So now I'm left wondering if the drawings were what was blocking me, or if my characters just needed some reassurance that, yes, I do still like them! Unfortunately, I'm hoping what I haven't made them feel left out again since I'm now working on a Christmas present that is taking up quite a bit of time that I would otherwise be using to write. At least the gift is for someone who will appreciate both the gift and the time it takes. That's the best people.
